We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Your tasks

Targeting new customers through a combination of networking, cold calling and opening conversations up with key decision makers from a variety of industries
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Keep records of sales, revenue and invoices

Our requirements

Your skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a similar area
About five years of proven sales experience in business or a related area
A drive to seek new business
(intercultural) strong communication skills and negotiation skills
pronounced self-motivation and proactivity
Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
written and oral excellent communication skills in German or English
