His role is crucial for the success of both the Valta team and the entire project. He oversees the creation of conceptual designs, has an overview of all development activities, controls and manages their sequences. He actively communicates and supervises all activities from ideation to product implementation.

"A perfect sculpture created by functions placed in a perfectly defined space" -------- Our CAD designers and engineers are experienced professionals in the fields of manufacturing methods for plastic moldings, bent parts, pressed sheets, castings and carbon composites. Based on the customer's specifications, they designed technical solutions with an emphasis on functionality, manufacturability, assembly and cost-effectiveness. They first digitally modeled their designs in CATIA V5 and then the components were manufactured according to optimally selected manufacturing processes.

"Every experience, decision and adjustment must be recorded" ------------------------------- Our standard assignment is to create and maintain complete documentation for all components we design. The documentation includes detailed technical drawings, material specifications, manufacturing and assembly instructions, ensuring clear and accurate information for each phase of the project. This contributes to the definition of production processes, both for our customer and for potential subcontractors. With consistent documentation, we minimize risks and guarantee that all components meet the requirements for quality, safety and efficiency.
